As you fill this item through the "fill slot" if you are in a hurry or just slightly off from center you will have water spill out the side vents. I have only manged a couple times to not spill water. The "fill line", I have yet to find it inside the pull down fill door, only know when it is empty never know how full it is when filling it, I have to guess unless I take off the whole cover. 21" wide is big, use a tape measure when deciding if it will work in your home, luckily I have space.
